Kebabs are probably our favorite food we have discovered here. They are everywhere. Not much different than a wrap but they way these Aussie's put it together is SO GOOD. Basically they are filled with veggies of your choice, Chiken, Lamb or Chicked peas, Cheese, your choice of Garlic sauce, BBQ sauce, Sweet Chili sauce, then you can also add Sour Cream and/or Guacamole all wrapped up in a tortilla and toasted to perfection!

The potato wedges (fries) are another favorite here. They dip them in sweet chili sauce and sour cream. YUM! ou should try it.
We have been swamped with getting work done this past week in order to not be behind when we come back from our trip. We are leaving tomorrow night (Wednesday), for our adventures in Carins. These include ATV tours through the rainforest and scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef. We are so excited to travel this weekend. We wont be back until Sunday. Then we have five days before we head to surf camp for the next weekend.
While getting ready for these trips we are in the paying proces of going to Sydney for a concert and some more sight seeing that the boys are going to show me, just like I know my way around Carins. We have been somewhat restricted of where we go due to the high costs. These are the cheapest trips to do, and go back and discover things we didn't see the first go around.
